What Is True Repentance?
True repentance is a total brokenness before a holy God.
We are what we are thinking! We must die to self (deal with the hidden heart attitudes). We must get rid of self-pity, pride, hate and prejudice.
Being mad at someone is being in sin. We are talking to Satan when we are arguing an issue.
When we are in imaginations, we are in fantasy because none of thse thoughts have even happened.
Human nature is depraved. We want our own way when we want it. We are our own worst enemy. We need to put off our old nature. Either Christ will crucify self or self will crucify Christ.

Hear The Word of the Lord!
One night while I was watching the news I observed a long line of Russians lined up waiting on their daily ration of bread. Many of them had stood in line all day.
The Lord spoke and said, "You will see this happen in America, little one. People will wait all day for a bite to eat. You will see it. You will be one of supply lines in those days ahead of you. Do not fear, for I have things in control."
I was almost breathless and quite dumbfounded to think that such a great nation could come to such devastation and want.
O people, we have eyes and we see not. We have ears yet we do not hear. What will it take to awaken us out of our slumberous sleep and our private comfort zones?
When there is no response to His warnings, through repentance, the Lord begins judging that nation.
Repentance is what God blesses. When things go wrong God is trying to correct them. When we repent then God will heal and restore our land.
